This lifestyle is known to make people fat and ill. Some busy Americans prefer to have their breakfast out and some even get a breakfast to go and eat it in their cars or at work. But the USA also has adopted many great dishes from other countries and the people who came to America. So you can also have delicious dishes from the Mexican, Chinese, Italian and South American cuisines here if you want to. America is a land of diversity and that is true for food as well.

Many of them don't even walk very short distances and spend several hours a day in their cars. But New Yorkers, for example, are used to walking a lot and they are also known to walk very fast! That's especially because it's quite difficult to own a car in New York but also because many New Yorkers try to live healthily and they know that walking is probably the healthiest activity they can do. Also, more and more people in New York and some other large US cities commute to work on their bikes. There are over 1000 bike lanes in New York alone.
